Simulation Game for the Program

The Simulation Game is often utilized for the participants’ better understanding of the program contents. Here are some examples below.

Business Simulation

The objective of the simulation is to do the training of making the effective strategic business plan and implementing it. The participants take the viewpoint of the top management to make decisions. Also the simulation allows participants to understand the strong linkage between manufacturing and sales activities. They shall experience that they have no inventory for sale despite the strong demand for the product or, on the other hand, that they suffer from the huge inventory due to the weak demand. It is important, therefore, to make the plan that balances the demand and inventory.

Disclose Simulation

The objective of the simulation is to provide a learning opportunity in the nature of an industrial organization – in the effects of it’s policies, decisions, functions, communications and technology on people – so that the participants may by cross reference experience appreciate the “Feel for” their own organization. Also to generate real behavior data for analysis and discussion.

BMP (Behavior Modeling for Productivity)

BMP (Behavior Modeling for Productivity) is a training method to have managers or supervisors learn the communication skill and feel its effects, which is originally developed in the United States and then applied to our country. Through experiencing this BMP, the participants may have better communication with their personnel, readily contributing to their efficiency of work in their managerial or supervisory capacity of corporate operations. During the training, the participants are required to solve problems in an assumed model situation with videotape recording. The recorded videotape is used for modeling learning.
